For our team in Mönchengladbach, we are looking for a part-time accounting employee (m/f/d) starting now.

Since its foundation in 1992, Line Up has managed the entire process of realizing its customers' ideas and products from its base in Mönchengladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia. Over time, the family business has developed into a globally networked procurement specialist that covers all services in the supply chain, from consulting to logistics.

Your tasks:

• Support in daily financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, G/L accounts, bank)

• Cash bookings, payroll bookings

• Processing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices

• Account reconciliation and maintenance

• Assistance with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, stocktaking

• Support with tax and personnel issues (HR)

• Close cooperation with external tax consultants and internal departments

What you should bring with you:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship - ideally with further training in accounting

• Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company

• Confident handling of accounting software, SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)

• Structured, independent and reliable way of working

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
